Extrusion feedstock
Homogenised round log — 3.5″ to 12″ — ready to press into soft-to-high-strength profiles.
Overview
A solid aluminum cylinder — the billet — is heated and squeezed through a die with a shaped opening to create a desired profile. Ours come in a wide range of alloys, pretreatments and dimensions.
Billet extrudes into a large range of profiles for soft to high-strength applications, with a good surface finish for value-added finishing such as anodizing and powder coating. Extruded profiles end up in architecture, transport, engineering and consumer durables.
