    Inquiry

    You send us the alloy, profile drawing, finish and target quantity. We review feasibility, confirm tooling and align on scope.

  • 02

    Tooling & Quote

    For custom dies we cost and lead-time the tooling. Then it's container-load pricing — temper, alloy and finish matched to your application.

  • 03

    Press & Finish

    Material is pressed on one of our 30 extrusion lines and finished — Bright Dip, Powder Paint and Wet Paint up to 40-foot lengths, Anodizing up to 24-foot lengths.

  • 04

    Containerize & Ship

    Bundled, banded, loaded into a 40-ft container and shipped from strategic locations internationally to your dock.
